Zagreb Cooking Class & Food Tour - The best way to taste the city!

Join a cooking class with a famous Dolac Market Food tour!

Discover the deliciousness of Croatian Cuisine with our guided Food Tour followed by a hands-on cooking class and lunch with a glass of Croatian wine.

Meet our chef-guide at the local’s favorite meeting point – under the clock at the main square. We meet at 10 am every day and start the gastronomic experience with chef’s suggestion of a 3-course seasonal traditional meal while heading towards the market.

Dolac is the main and oldest market in Zagreb, right nex to the main square. The picturesque two decks market will serve as a scenography to tell a story about the Croatian national cuisine, regional variety, seasonal highlights and traditional dishes.

After buying everything we need, we head toward our kitchen located on the beautiful British square where many the locals drink their coffee at almost any time of the day.

Upon arriving, we will start with an aperitivo – traditional Croatian schnaps and begin with your cooking class. The class is a hands-on experience guided by our experienced and enthusiastic chef. We will prepare a three course menu together and afterwards have a cosy lunch with a glass of wine.

  • The menu is always Cratian traditional food sometimes with a more modern interpretation. The specific daily menu is suggested by the chef based on the season and is flexible for discussion with the group.
  • If you have any dietary preferences and/or restrictions, please let us know!

  • Pumpkin spup with Pumpkin seed oil and Grilled Pumpkin seeds; Toasted bread

Jaja – Savršena priprema kroz 7,5 recepata

Što je bilo prvo, kokoš ili jaje? Ne znamo, ali znamo da prije nego skuhamo jaje baš onako kakvog ga želimo jesti treba skuhati puuuuno jaja... O poširanom da i ne pričamo! I zato znamo da trebate dođi na ovu radionicu, svladati pripremu jaja - savršeno meko, srednje, tvrdo kuhanih, pečenih, poširanih... i kojekakvih drugih koji će biti upakirani u 9 slasnih recepata.

Na radionici zajednički pripremamo & večeramo

1.croque madame (dekadentni sendvič s jajem na oko)

2.francuski omlet

3.fritata sa salaticom

4.savršeno tvrdo i meko kuhana jaja

5.kremasta kajgana

6.eggs benedict (poširano jaje i holandez sos)

7.brza majoneza

8.carbonara

 

Voditelj radionice je Ivan Lenard, student nutricionizma i dio tima Centra za kulturu prehrane. U slobodno vrijeme gurman i zaljubljenik u hranu koji želi podijeliti znanje i entuzijazam znatiželjnim kućnim kuharima i onima koji to žele postati. Zanat je kuhao, peko i poširao u renomiranim restoranima: Konoba Ponistra, Restoran Prasac, Restoran Peta četvrtina, Hotel Villa Valdibora, Restoran Gastro mare. Pa, vidimo se!

U slučaju da polaznik ne dođe ili ne otkaže dolazak minimalno 3 dan prije planiranog održavanja tečaja, uplaćeni iznos je bespovratan. 

Zadržavamo pravo promjene termina u slučaju nedovoljnog broja prijava i tada se uplaćeni iznos vraća ili se može iskoristiti za drugu radionicu.
