The menu is always Croatian traditional food sometimes with a more modern interpretation. The specific daily menu is suggested by the chef based on the season and is flexible for discussion with the group.
Dolac is the main and oldest market in Zagreb, right nex to the main square. The picturesque two decks market will serve as a scenography to tell a story about the Croatian national cuisine, regional variety, seasonal highlights and traditional dishes.
After buying everything we need, we head toward our kitchen located on the beautiful British square where many the locals drink their coffee at almost any time of the day.
Upon arriving, we will start with an aperitivo – traditional Croatian schnaps and begin with your cooking class. The class is a hands-on experience guided by our experienced and enthusiastic chef. We will prepare a three course menu together and afterwards have a cosy lunch with a glass of wine.
